With just one week to go, race day is almost here and we are looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday 12th May in Southgate Park, Crawley.

To help you get the most out of your day at British Airways Run Gatwick, here are a few tips and reminders.

See you next Sunday!

Race Packs

Race packs have been sent out so you should have received your all important race number unless you opted to collect them from County Mall Shopping Centre, Crawley.

Our Run Gatwick store, located on the 1st level of County Mall opposite Toy Barnhaus, will be open for race pack collection on the following days:

Thursday 9th May: 3pm – 8pm

Friday 10th May: 1pm – 6pm

Saturday 11th May: 10am – 4pm

Registration will close on 8th May, however, there will be a small number of Half Marathon only places available on the day.

Come Prepared!

You race pack will have included your race number with an embedded timing chip along with safety pins. Before leaving home, please complete the emergency contact information on the back of your race number before securing it firmly to the front of your running top using the safety pins.

Your race number will need to be visible throughout the race. You’ll notice your race number is coloured, you must enter the start pen that corresponds to the colour of your race bib.

At the bottom of your race number is your baggage tag, if you are planning on using the Spire Baggage Marquee, why not attach this to your bag in advance to speed up your drop.

If you are running as part of the Sussex Athletics Championships, please visit the Sussex Athletics tent in the Event Village on race day to collect your back number.
