We know that some of you are going to be unable to join us for 2020 and we can now confirm the following for refunds and deferring places, we feel that under the current circumstances this is fair and reasonable, we hope you do too.
REFUNDS – It has always been our policy that we are unable to offer refunds. We have carefully reviewed this policy, and regretfully we are still unable to offer refunds.
DEFERRALS – We have always offered deferrals to our runners, and we will fully honour this policy. Our normal deferral fee is £15, however, we will be waiving this fee completely for all those who are unable to make our rescheduled event and notify us by the 24th March. All deferral requests received after the 24th March will be subject to the standard £15 fee.
RUNNER TRANSFER – If you cannot make the revised date you can transfer your place to another runner at any time you need to go to: My Area>Your Orders>Signed up>Change Owner. The person taking your place will get an email containing next steps.
DISTANCE TRANSFER – If you would like to change distance just let us know. There would normally be a fee for distance changes, however under current circumstances this will no longer apply.
